In no event shall ExitLag or its suppliers be

parties contracted in certain regions of the planet, as well as those resulting from the lack of
infrastructure, actions of governmental authorities, or any other event beyond our control.
This includes, without limitation, damages for
loss of data or due to temporary service interruption, in addition to account blocking in any game
service, resulting from the use of ExitLag software.
ExitLag is also not responsible for the
marketing of activation keys carried out outside of its virtual domains or carried out by third
parties.
It is up to the user to understand and agree
that, as this is a technological service whose object is the internet, the guarantee of absence of
failures or errors does not depend solely on this company. On the other hand, ExitLag commits to
always seek the best possible condition so that this does not happen.
The service provided here requires a minimum and
stable connection, and there may be variations with internet speeds below 1 MB (1 megabyte) and,
especially, in unstable internet technologies, such as 3G, Wireless, radio, and dial-up.
USER
RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the user's duty to keep their account
protected, and under no circumstances can the registration email be changed, as we guarantee its
recovery on our website by sending a confirmation correspondence to the registered email.
It is also the user's duty to respect all terms
mentioned here and all laws and regulations that will be applied in this service provision contract.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The user may request the cancellation of the
ExitLag subscription at any time and will continue to have access to the service until the end of
the billing period. As this is a subscription service with recurring billing, it is recommended that
the user request cancellation before the next billing.
If the user requests cancellation of the
subscription after billing, the payment for the reference month will be charged and will not be
refunded. The user can take advantage of the already paid period and will continue with the active
subscription until the next billing. After that, the subscription will be canceled.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws,
payments are non-refundable, and ExitLag does not offer refunds or credits for partially used
subscription periods or unused content.
The right to a refund will only be granted in
the event of a breach of any obligation on the part of this company, or failure in the provision of
the offered service, and will only be permitted if there is no violation of any rule in this present
instrument.
New users are given 3 (three) days of free
service so that the user can accept and show interest in purchasing. That being said, refunds for
reasons related to inoperability, failure, or unavailability of the service in the user's connection
will not be allowed.
New users in their first subscription are
guaranteed the right to regret within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days after the purchase. After
this period, refund requests will not be accepted, with no exceptions.

Any personal information received will only be
used to fulfill your end. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
